We guarantee the quality of every product we ship. All meats are carefully packaged and shipped frozen or chilled to maintain freshness and integrity.
Return & Refund Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives with an objective quality issue — such as spoilage, wrong item, or significant packaging damage — we will offer a replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wagyu@sewagyu.com or 561-726-0409. Please include: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Exclusions
We cannot accept claims for products that have been cooked, seasoned, modified, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery. Claims due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to determine whether to offer a refund or replacement based on the documentation provided.
